Delivery

Here’s what to expect with your delivery:

Order before 13:00 PM (GMT+1) to have it processed the same business day.

Processing time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday)
Delivery time: 8–11 business days (Monday–Friday)

Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive a unique Track & Trace code by email to follow your delivery. Track it through our tracking page or the Track & Trace app.

Lost Package?

If your package is lost or becomes undeliverable for any reason, we’ll send a replacement at no extra charge before applying our return and refund policy.

Import Duties

In rare cases (around 1%), customs may inspect your package and apply a small import fee—this is due to changes in legislation effective 1 July 2021. While this is out of our control, feel free to contact us if you're charged; we’ll gladly assist you.
