At Vellina Paris, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. All approved returns will be delivered with step-by-step instructions. Please contact our customer service to request a printable return label. Returns without prior approval will be rejected.

Overview of the policy
- Returns Policy: You can return your order within 30 days of receipt. The return request must be submitted to us within this period.
- Refund Processing Time: Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process the refund back to your original payment method within 7 business days.
- Return costs : These are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

- Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees for returns.
How do you initiate a return or refund?
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service : send an email to contact@vellinaparis.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and any supporting photos.
- Receive a return authorization : Our team will review your request and send you a return authorization and detailed instructions. You will also receive a return label that you can download and print yourself.
- Return packaging : Pack the item securely, making sure all labels and original packaging are included. Also include the return form.
- Shipping : Use a reliable shipping service with tracking. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the order is defective or incorrect. We are not responsible for lost returns. Use a trackable shipping service and retain proof of postage until your refund is processed.
Please note: Returns without prior authorization will unfortunately be refused.
Return Policy:
- Items must be returned undamaged and in the original packaging.
- The items must be in a condition such that they can be resold.
- Exceptions: Certain products, such as custom-made or personalized items and hygiene products (e.g. underwear), cannot be returned unless they are unopened and unused.
Cancellation of orders

Changed my mind
If you change your mind, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery. Follow the standard returns procedure on our website.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. Include a brief description and clear photos of the problem. Our team will review your case and resolve it as quickly as possible. If the problem is confirmed, you will receive a full refund or a replacement item at no extra cost, depending on your preference. Lost packages
If your package doesn't arrive and your shipping address is entered correctly, we'll be happy to send you a replacement. If you'd prefer a refund, please allow us 30 days to investigate and confirm the package wasn't delivered before processing your refund.
Swaps and exchanges
We're happy to exchange defective or incorrect items. Please email contact@vellinaparis.com with your order number and clear photos of the problem. We'll arrange an exchange or a full refund, depending on your preference.
If you're not satisfied with your purchase or ordered the wrong item, please follow our returns procedure according to the standard terms of our returns policy. Once your return is confirmed, you can place a new order if you wish.
Refund Information
- Processing time: Approved refunds are processed within 7 days via the original payment method. Your bank or credit card company may need more time to process the refund.
- Confirmation: You will receive an email with the amount to be refunded and the payment details.
- Currency: Refunds will be processed in the customer's local currency based on the exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

- Lost refunds: In rare cases, refunds may not be processed. If this happens, we will investigate the issue with our payment processor and issue a new refund if confirmed. We will keep you updated throughout the process.
- Restocking Fees: No restocking fees will be deducted from your refund.
